Customer Service:
Ensuring that all employees receive training on providing accessible customer service.
Providing accessible customer service in-person, over the phone, and online.

Information and Communication:
Ensuring that all public-facing information is made accessible upon request.
Providing accessible formats and communication supports for individuals with disabilities.

Employment:
Ensuring that employment practices are inclusive and barrier-free.
Providing accommodation for employees with disabilities.

Built Environment:
Ensuring that physical spaces are accessible to individuals with disabilities.

Training:
Max Advanced Brakes will provide training to all employees, volunteers, and others who interact with the public on our behalf. Training will include information on the requirements of the accessibility standards and how to interact with individuals with disabilities.

Service Animals: 
We welcome people with disabilities and their service animals. Service animals are allowed on the parts of our premises that are open to the public and third parties.
When we cannot easily identify that an animal is a service animal, our staff may ask for documentation (template, letter or form) from a regulated health professional that confirms the person needs the service animal for reasons relating to their disability.

Support Persons:
A person with a disability who is accompanied by a support person will be allowed to have that person accompany them on our premises. 

Feedback Process:
Max Advanced Brakes welcomes feedback on the accessibility of our products, services, and facilities. Feedback can be provided in person, by telephone, in writing, or by email. Contact information for submitting feedback will be made available on our website and at our business locations. All feedback including complaints will be directed to the Human Resources Department and customers can expect to hear back in 2 business days. 

Modifications to This or Other Policies:
Max Advanced Brakes is committed to reviewing and, if necessary, updating this policy in accordance with the AODA and other relevant legislation.
