Warranty Policies:

We take great pride in the quality of our products, working closely with top manufacturers to ensure you receive the best braking solutions. Our comprehensive warranty program gives you peace of mind, knowing we stand behind the quality of our products.

To ensure the best experience, we encourage you to inspect your product upon receipt. If you notice any issues or damages, you can request a return or refund within 90 days of purchase. (For more details, see our Return Policy).

When your order is beyond the return period, the following warranty terms will apply. Our warranty covers both part replacement and refund, and it is non-transferable, applying only to the original purchaser.

Warranty Coverage:

Brake Kits:

PerformanceMax series and ComfortMax series:

• We offer a 1-year warranty with unlimited mileage, covering any manufacturing defects or poor workmanship.

ValueMax series and StyleMax series:

• We offer a 1-year warranty with unlimited mileage, covering any manufacturing defects or poor workmanship.

Individual Brake Components (Rotors, Pads, Calipers):

• We offer a 6-month warranty with unlimited mileage, covering any manufacturing defects or poor workmanship.

* All warranties are effective from the date of purchase.

Warranty Exclusions:

While our warranty is designed to cover defects and workmanship, it does not apply in the following cases:

• Products that exceed the warranty expiration date.
  
  
• Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic issues like rust or surface pitting.
  
  
• Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modifications.
  
  
• Man-made damages resulting from careless operation or improper repairs and maintenance.
  
  
• Issues caused by external forces such as floods, fires, earthquakes, or other natural disasters.
  
  
• Racing or competitive driving applications (see below for disclaimer).

Liability Limitations:

Our goal is to ensure you're satisfied with your purchase. While our warranty is limited to covering the cost of the faulty product(s), we’re here to work with you to resolve any issues. Labor charges, towing, rentals, storage, legal fees, lost wages, or any other incidental costs related to the removal or reinstallation of our products are not covered.

Manufacturer’s Disclaimer:

Max Advanced Brakes products are intended for street and recreational off-road use only. They are not specifically designed or approved for off-road racing or competitive driving. Any failure resulting from racing or competitive use is not covered by this warranty.
