You’re eligible to return your item within 90 days if:

  • The part was damaged during shipping.
  • The incorrect part was received.
  • The part does not fit your vehicle due to an incorrect description.
  • The part is defective upon arrival.
  • The part failed during intended use.
  • You no longer need the part.
  • You ordered the wrong part by mistake.

We cover return shipping costs for all eligible returns. All items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original components and packaging.

 

How to Return Your Item

  • Contact Us for Return Authorization: Call us at +1 888-828-8031 to initiate a return. Once approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label.
  • Prepare Your Package: Attach the prepaid label (UPS, Purolator, or FedEx) and drop the package off at any location for the selected carrier.
  • Receive a Replacement or Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned item.

 

Additional Information

  • Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled before shipping for a full refund.
  • Refund Amount: Refunds cover the price of the returned item. Installation costs and express shipping fees are non-refundable for customer-initiated returns.
  • Peak Season Delays: Replacements may take longer during peak seasons or due to unforeseen delays.
